Real Estate Asset Management

Real Estate Asset Management specializes in helping our clients with full investment cycle of property types such as office, retail, industrial, hotel, and multifamily assets. This group is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, acquisitions, asset management, construction and development oversight, financings, and dispositions for real estate investments. The real estate team is also involved in engagement and oversight of third parties which perform the day-to-day operations of the assets. General portfolio management services including business plans and performance reporting are also a critical role of this group.

Loan Asset Management

Loan Asset Management help our clients manage commercial real estate loans and actively pursues new acquisition opportunities on client's behalf. This team’s services include advising clients on day to day loan related services including but not limited to management of commercial real estate loans, prepare structured finance products and decide floating rate transitional loans, preparation and execution of business plans, workouts and remedy enforcement.

Consumer Servicing Oversight 

 

Consumer Servicing Oversight manages an enhanced vendor oversight program designed to highlight and mitigate third party regulatory and reputational risk. This group is focused on the oversight of consumer loan servicers and property managers through a program of pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition testing.

Data Management and Reporting works as a data champion between business and technology. This group drives data into appropriate firm technology platforms and standardizes data models across regions to provide data validation, business process, and consumer oversight checks onto all asset classes.
